WEBSDIRECT ACQUIRES PARIS ADVANTAGE April 10, 2006 Hello and welcome! My name is Tim Yee, business owner of WEBSDIRECT (www.websdirect.com) and we are very pleased to announce that on April 8, 2006 WEBSDIRECT acquired full ownership of PARIS ADVANTAGE. WEBSDIRECT is an Internet services and solutions provider since 1998. Our primary principles are to build a lasting relationship with you and to provide you with exemplary customer service...a business value that John Paris and I both share. We are committed to a smooth and trouble free transition. To this effect, we asked John Paris, and he eagerly agreed to remain on board as a consultant during a transition period that we expect to take one to two months. Please be assured that you will see no detrimental changes in our interactions with you. We will continue with our industry-leading services, products, and customer support. In other words, existing services and prices will continue to be extended by WEBSDIRECT. Additionally, you will soon see an increase in the range of services and products available to you from the combined companies. Our development plans will most likely be augmented with additional features and capabilities that will come from access to WEBSDIRECT technology. We will also work to provide a close integration between WEBSDIRECT and PARIS ADVANTAGE products.
