five phases which we customize to meet your company's specific needs.
Phase 1 -- Domain Name
Registration
This important first step secures ownership of your unique internet identity
(e.g., www.yourcompany.com). Paris Advantage will register and manage
all technical aspects of your domain name(s). Your domain name(s) will
be automatically renewed for the selected term to ensure ownership is
not forfeited, unless you request otherwise. If desired, Paris Advantage
will assist you in selecting one or more domain names that are appropriate
for your business.
Do you already own a domain name? Paris Advantage takes
care of all technical aspects of transferring your domain name(s)
so you can quickly and easily take advantage of our excellent web hosting
and e-mail services.
Phase 2 -- Setup Web Hosting
and Email Service
Paris Advantage will setup full-featured web hosting and email services
for your company. This account will be hosted on servers that reside in
a commercial data center with battery backup power, redundant high-speed
internet connections, and 24/7 monitoring for improved reliability.
We will help you select the hosting plan that best fits
your needs and budget. All hosting accounts come with a Control Panel
that gives you the ability to manage nearly all aspects of your
business's web hosting and email services through an online web based
interface. Some of the feature highlights of our complete web hosting

Phase 3 -- Create Email
Addresses and Configure Email Clients
Paris Advantage will assist your company in setting up email accounts
using the provided web-based Control Panel. At a minimum, documentation
will be provided on using the Control Panel to set up e-mail accounts
and the configuration settings required for POP3 e-mail clients (e.g.,
Outlook Express, Netscape Communicator, etc.). Paris Advantage is happy
to provide onsite training and e-mail account setup & configuration
services for our local clients, if so desired.
Phase 4 -- Web Site Development
We partner with your company to create a professional web site that conveys
an image consistent with your desired company image and/or existing marketing
materials. You are free to choose what items are included on your web
site. For example, your web site may contain your company's profile, information
on your products & services, directions to company offices, relevant
links, and other topics as desired. The development of your web site is
performed in four steps:
- Create Site Template -- A website template establishes
the overall look-and-feel of the site. The template will include the
company logo, website navigation bar, and all additional HTML and graphic
design elements for a template. During the development, the template
will be published to a private Paris Advantage web area for customer
viewing and feedback.
- Add Additional Web Pages -- Web pages will be added
to the site using customer provided content (e.g., brochures, photos,
company profile, product/services details, etc.). The web pages will
be based on the template, and thus have a consistent professional appearance.
The pages will be integrated into the navigation menu as appropriate.
- Publish Web Site -- After you have viewed your web
site and are ready to go "live", we will publish your complete
web page to your web hosting account under your purchased domain name
(e.g.,. www.yourcompany.com).
- Web Site Maintenance -- This service provides regular
monthly web site maintenance to keep your company's web site fully functional
and up-to-date. It includes monthly checks for broken links (occurs
when linking to external sites that change), as well as basic updates
to web site content such as updating photos, products and services,
contact information, etc.
Phase 5 -- Ongoing Support
As your web site and business email accounts become an integral part of
your day-to-day business operations, you may choose to further leverage
your investment by enhancing your web site and email capabilities. Paris
